Opening Café Castle wasn’t easy. There were long nights, silent worries, and moments where we almost gave up. We did everything ourselves—every plate, every table wipe, every smile you see behind the counter. But every time we saw someone close their eyes with the first bite, or heard laughter echo through our small space, we knew it was worth it. Our café doesn’t have fancy marble tables or viral decor. But it’s full of something more lasting—heart. You’ll feel it in our food, lovingly made from scratch. In the way we remember your name and your order.
